Eagle Four Partners is proudly joint venture partnering with Lyon Living and Reno Land Inc. in Reno's largest mixed-use redevelopment project. Park Lane is both a world of its own, and a part of the world’s biggest little city. Positioned at the corner of the city’s main arteries, Plumb Lane and S. Virginia Street, the 40-acre Park Lane provides a cultural haven within Central Reno, just south of Midtown. The project will include a large central park, 1,300 luxury apartment homes, 70,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurants featuring a Market Hall, a 170 room Element by Westin hotel, and a Tech Office Campus. Eagle Four Partners and High Street Real Estate Partners (Atlanta, Georgia) have announced the joint venture acquisition of Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, the largest hotel in Colorado.
Located on the 16th Street Mall, a mile-long pedestrian promenade filled with outdoor bistros, shopping and entertainment and situated in the heart of Denver’s financial and business district, Sheraton Denver Downtown is one of Denver’s choice hotels for leisure and business travelers. Offering 1,231 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, 133,000 square feet of flexible event meeting room space and an award-winning, responsibly sourced food and beverage program, it is close to many local landmarks and arenas, including the Colorado Convention Center, Coors Field and much more. Hotel Amenities include a heated rooftop pool, a full fitness center and several on-site restaurants.
A major renovation plan for the hotel is underway, including both guestrooms and public space to coincide with Marriott International’s re-launch of the Sheraton Hotels and Resorts brand, the third largest brand in its portfolio. We are working closely with the hotel team to continue to position the property as the best place to stay in Downtown Denver.
