KEVIN MARTINKevin is a private equity investor specializing in hotel and golf course acquisitions, investments and management. He specializes in business expansion, development and marketing as well as restructuring and enhancing operations and management. Mr. Martin is CEO of Newport Beach Country Club host of the PGA Toshiba Golf Classic and President of Balboa Bay Resort and Club in Newport Beach, CA. He is a member of the PGA of America and serves on numerous business and non-profit boards. He resides with his family in Newport Beach, CA.
Todd PickupTodd is a private equity investor specializing in public securities, private corporate investments, private portfolio management, and hospitality assets. A seasoned investment strategist, he is a graduate of the University of Southern California and currently serves as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County. He resides with his family in Newport Beach, CA.
Joe MoodyJoe is a private equity investor and CPA specializing in portfolio asset management and underwriting of complex transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He resides with his family in Newport Beach, CA.
Rick WeinerRick is a partner with Eagle Four Partners and its affiliates focused on investment real estate. In addition, he is a practicing attorney specializing in tax, advanced estate planning, and complex corporate and real estate transactions. He also serves as a Director of Active Captive Management, LLC, a leading national management firm in the captive insurance market. Rick graduated with a BA in 1983 from UCLA and received his JD from Arizona State University. He is a licensed attorney in California and Nevada, licensed in California as a CPA, and as a California real estate broker. Rick has resided with his family in the Newport Beach and Irvine communities for the past 20 years.
KORY KRAMERPrior to being a partner with Eagle Four, Kory was Chief Investment Officer for Irvine-based Pacific Hospitality Group where he led all company investment activities including acquisition and disposition of hotel properties, development and construction, financing, asset management, strategy and investor relations. Kory has led close to $2 billion of deals including the purchase and sale of Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, the purchase of Denver Sheraton Downtown, the new Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach and the new clubhouse at Newport Beach Country Club, expansions of The Meritage Resort and Vista Collina in Napa, as well as the acquisition of the AC/Residence Inn in Dallas Galleria, AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown and AC Hotel Irvine, Ko’a Kea Hotel & Resort on Poipu Beach in Kauai, AC Hotel New Orleans, Balboa Bay Resort and Estancia La Jolla. Kory is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and received both his BA and MA degrees from Boston College. Kory serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Newport Beach and enjoys his family, the beach, politics, college football, charities, and traveling. Kory is also CEO of Pretorium, Inc., a private real estate investment and consulting company specializing in hospitality assets.
